Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the tracking link in that email to view the most up-to-date delivery status.

Please note: Modern Muse is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

Check with neighbors, family members, or your apartment/leasing office

Look around your delivery area

Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

We are only able to replace packages that are not marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
