Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Modern Muse. We are committed to offering a premium, hand-picked fashion selection, however, if you do not love your purchase please see our return policy below. 

We gladly accept exchanges or returns for qualifying* items within 30 days of receipt. Orders returned for a refund will have a $10.00 shipping & restocking fee deducted from the refund total, back to the original form of payment. Orders exchanged for merchandise of an equal or greater value will not have a shipping & restocking fee deducted.  

Products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet these qualifications:

• FINAL SALE ITEMS: ALL items marked SALE, swimsuits, body items (IE bodysuits, sticky bras), jewelry, and all accessories (hats, belts, scarves, purses, etc.) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return or exchange.  

• Items must be returned in unworn condition.

• Items must be free of stains, deodorant and makeup marks.

• Items must be free of perfume, smoke and cigarette smell.

• Items must be free of pet hair.

• Items must still have the original tag(s) attached.

• Items that do not meet the above qualifications will not receive a refund or store credit. 

• Modern Muse reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity.
