Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel their presale order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked. 

Once the item has entered the order processing or has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Please e-mail presale cancellation requests to shopatmodernmuse@gmail.com with CANCELLATION [Order Number] in the subject line.  Please be sure to include your full name and shipping address in the body of the e-mail. 

If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days.

If a presale item is delayed beyond the estimated shipping date by more than 2 weeks, customers are entitled to a full refund.

Defective or damaged items are still covered under our standard return policy, even if the cancellation window has passed.
